About The Role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects, including Cloud, servers, storage, HCI, virtualization, and backup solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle-from initiation to closing-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure proper planning, execution, risk management, and service quality aligned with SLA and business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, closing)
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules (Gantt charts)
• Manage project scope, deliverables, and Scope of Work (SOW) alignment
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Control project budgeting and monitor cost performance
• Ensure SLA compliance and alignment with IT service standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, sales, and vendor teams
• Prepare structured project reports, documentation, and executive updates
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Resolve conflicts and support effective decision-making
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and technical standards

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure solutions (Cloud, servers, storage, HCI, virtualization, backup)
• Understanding of project lifecycle management and project risk management principles
• Basic knowledge of project contracts, Scope of Work (SOW), and budgeting control
• Familiarity with SLA management and IT service standards
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid approaches)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools
• Ability to interpret technical IT infrastructure documentation
• Strong leadership experience in managing technical teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
