We currently have a career opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team located in LATAM.

As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects meet business objectives and deadlines.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed on schedule.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, providing updates on timelines, progress, and any issues that may arise.
• Ensure quality control by overseeing the project's execution and identifying potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies where applicable to ensure efficient project execution and adaptation to changing requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to align resources and overcome obstacles during project delivery.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, gathering feedback and insights to improve future project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong experience in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders across various teams and departments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts to ensure project success.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk management and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with experience working in global teams.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
