Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with senior business leaders as a strategic partner, serving as a trusted IT advisor to support the success of the assigned business units. • Accurately understand business challenges and lead issue resolution by collaborating with IT development and maintenance teams. • Escalate system incidents to the global team as required, lead end-to-end resolution, and ensure timely, appropriate communication to customers and internal stakeholders. • Act as a bridge between Business and IT (Japan and Global), driving the implementation of optimal solutions that align with business needs. • Coordinate and negotiate system changes and enhancements with regional and global IT teams to ensure smooth delivery. • Lead end-to-end IT project management for internal and external projects-from requirements definition to go-live-to ensure successful execution. • Develop investment plans and cost models for the assigned business areas, translate them into actionable plans, and drive IT strategies that contribute to business growth. • Oversee the quality management of IT services (SLA) within the assigned scope, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvements. • Conduct regular meetings with customers to provide IT-related updates, understand their needs, and act as the primary IT contact during incidents by coordinating with relevant stakeholders. • Propose improvements in data utilization and digitalization to enhance business productivity and promote related initiatives. Key Success Indicator: • Improvement in the quality of stakeholder relationship management (BP Survey Score) • Resolution of business challenges and issues, with reduced lead time • Quality of system incident management • End-to-end IT project delivery performance • Improvement of IT service quality (SLA) and operational stability (CXM Score) Requirements • Strong stakeholder management skills, including coordination with customers and senior executives. Experience leading requirement discussions and decision-making sessions with customers and director/executive-level stakeholders. • Problem solving skills based on logical thinking, with hands-on experience in identifying issues, conducting root cause analysis, and planning through execution of improvement actions. • Experience in implementing SCM systems such as WMS/TMS or SAP. Involvement from understanding logistics operations through requirements definition, testing, and deployment. • Experience leading or consulting on upstream system phases, including conducting onsite interviews, analyzing business processes, and driving requirements definition. • Project management experience based on PMBOK, including ownership of schedule, risk, and budget management to successfully deliver projects. • Effective global communication skills in English, capable of coordinating and negotiating with overseas teams through meetings and email.
