Description
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review business processes and functional requirements
- Define business and system requirements and create related documentation
- Design, propose, and implement IT solutions mainly based on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
- Lead solution design using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Lists, Planner, etc.
- Support development planning, system design, development, testing, and release
- Coordinate system integration with existing internal systems
- Support UAT, resolve issues, and communicate with end users
- Manage stakeholders including end users, IT teams, and vendors
- Provide post-go-live support, incident handling, and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst or equivalent
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint)
- Experience in requirements definition, system design, development, and testing (SDLC)
- Hands-on technical understanding to design and review solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring or leading developers
- Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Agile development experience
- Project management experience for small to mid-sized projects
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS)
