About the Role
Our Managed Services Provider (MSP) client is seeking a Mid-Level Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Technical Analyst to join their growing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across multiple client environments, solving complex technical challenges, and developing custom solutions in the Infor ecosystem.

You'll be working with both cloud and on-premise SyteLine environments, supporting integrations, enhancements, and performance optimization -with exposure to clients in manufacturing, government, and defense sectors.
Key Responsibilities

• Support, enhance, and maintain Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP environments across multiple clients.
• Develop custom forms, IDOs, extensions, and components using the Mongoose Framework.
• Create and manage C# and SQL Server-based integrations, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and Web Services to integrate CSI with third-party systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Event Handlers, Form Scripts, and Workflow Automation.
• Perform data management, performance tuning, and complex troubleshooting within SQL Server.
• Support Infor ION integrations and BOD (Business Object Document) communications.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide application and system support, including issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Assist in upgrades, testing, and cloud migrations as needed.

Qualifications
Required:

• 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP (v9 or later).
• Strong proficiency with:
  • Mongoose Framework (Form Design, IDOs, Components, Extensions)
  • Event Handling and Workflow Automation
  • C#, .NET, and SQL Server
  • API and Web Integration Development (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML)
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-client, fast-paced environment and "wear multiple hats."
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check and drug test.

Preferred:

• Experience with Infor ION, Infor Document Management (IDM), and Infor OS.
• Knowledge of Government Cloud, ITAR, and DOD compliance.
• Exposure to Infor CloudSuite migration projects or multi-tenant environments.
• Consulting or Managed Services experience supporting multiple clients.
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
