Chase's growing Content organization is hiring a Vice President of Email Operations to manage the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, and driving operational excellence across the email content team. Our mission is to create best-in-class content that helps Chase customers better engage with their credit card benefits, inspiring them to travel, shop and dine with Chase. This role reports to the Content team's Head of Product and Operations.
As a Senior Associate, Email Designer and Producer in Lifestyle, you will build emails by leveraging standardized templates in Stensul, and design custom emails and modules in Figma, supporting marketing and editorial initiatives for several groups within Card and Connected Commerce. You'll collaborate with stakeholders from Content, Marketing and Design to design and produce visually compelling, brand-aligned, and ADA-compliant email communications. This full-time, in-office role is based in New York City at Chase's 5 Manhattan West location. Job Responsibilities
Design and build modules and complete customer marketing emails in Stensul and Figma
Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Design to ensure emails are visually engaging, brand-compliant and accessible
Upload, organize and manage visual and text assets for email campaigns
Continuously evaluate and improve email design processes and workflows
Support periodic content refreshes, audits and A/B testing for email communications
Serve as a process advocate and resource for best practices in email design and production
Perform other duties as assigned, including photo adjustments, minor copy edits, and web content production within Adobe Experience Manager
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
4+ years experience in email and/or web design, or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Stensul and Figma (or similar email and design platforms)
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects with multiple collaborative teams and deliver under tight deadlines independently
Strong visual design skills and understanding of email best practices, accessibility and responsive design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience working in a controlled, regulated environment
Experience with financial products
Knowledge of Chase card products
