Job Description
- Plan, conduct, and lead end-to-end UX research including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies
- Analyze user behavior, pain points, and needs to generate actionable insights
- Develop personas, journey maps, and user flows based on research findings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and success metrics
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
- Translate research insights into intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
- Present research findings and design solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Align designs with business goals and technical feasibility
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing UX research work
- Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), design thinking, and usability principles
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing platforms
- Ability to interpret research data and turn it into design improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Curious mindset with a passion for understanding user behavior
