QUALIFICATIONS
- BS degree and 2 years of experience or 6 years of relevant experience equivalent.
- Demonstrates a high level of customer service.
- Technical expertise
- Time management skills
- Demonstrates adaptability and the ability to learn and develop new skill sets

SCHEDULE
- This is a full-time position, in office Monday-Friday, working from the Pittsburgh, PA office with a rotating on-call requirement.
