Under limited supervision of the Supervisor, Business Systems Support, the Senior SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Technical Analyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and enhancing existing HCM business processes to achieve organizational goals. This job plans and implements process improvements to reduce costs and errors, introduces new methods to enhance employee productivity and promotes best practices for sustained business improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, serving as a lead analyst for complex, cross-functional solutions.
Evaluate, configure and implement system changes, upgrades and process improvements; assess impact and communicate updates to stakeholders
Stay current on system features and upgrades; plan and assess the impact of new technologies
Design and configure system enhancements, including reports, forms and workflows; develop functional specifications and maintain documentation.
Manage and execute testing phases including unit, integration and regression testing; maintain test and training data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors
Strong understanding of HR Business Processes and System Integration
SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus
Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques
Proven experience in system configuration, troubleshooting and enhancement delivery for SAP Personnel Management, Time Management and SAP Organizational Management
Experience with SAP Payroll, including schemas, rules, wage types, off-cycle processing and Tax Reporter
Experience with BSI – Cyclic and TUBS processing. Familiarity with ESS/MSS desired.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies and regulations
Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify solutions and recommend process improvements
Ability to identify and document business requirements and perform gap analysis of the requirements and existing solution(s).
Ability to respond to system emergencies and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated strong teaming and leadership skills, including facilitation and consensus building.
Must be able to commute to the office 3 days a week. First 90 days of employment will be in office 100%.
Must pass a controlled substance (drug) test for employment.
Lead large scale system projects and mentor junior analysts.
Support procurement activities including RFP development, vendor evaluation, and contract performance monitoring as it pertains to HR
Provides training, guidance, and assistance to less experienced Business Analysts.
