Looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Web Design Project Manager responsible for the end-to-end management of various GE HealthCare web-based design projects.
About the Role:
This position reports to the Director of Web Experience Design and will collaborate closely with other teams including marketing communications, regional marketing, and content engineering to create a high quality, world-class experience for those engaging with GEHealthCare.xx. S/he will work closely across a broad array of partners and stakeholders and:
- Collaborate with multiple internal and agency stakeholders to create and manage project plans from ideation to delivery, including delegation of tasks to team members
- Ensure that appropriate timing, resources, and sequencing of project efforts are aligned to produce the desired result within a given time period, including scheduling, prioritization, task management, and confirmation of work done
- Partner with Digital Marketing teams on task and stakeholder management for requests across the GEHealthCare.com properties
- Define, create, maintain, and communicate ongoing assessment, improvement, and documentation
- Communicate frequently with stakeholders to track project status
- Monitor and identify risks and open issues in project. Propose and action solutions to address risks
- Relationship management with all parties to ensure quality, expectations, and deadlines are met
- Understand web intake process, support new stakeholders in intake process training, and propose areas for improvement
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a keen understanding of digital marketing and design and is an expert in managing multiple, fast-paced projects.
- 4+ years project management experience, with proficiency in website or agency project management and content marketing processes
- Solid understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
- Highly skilled, organized, and detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for digital marketing and content
- Extremely attentive to deadlines and processes and strives to drive business results
- Agile, quick-thinking multi-tasker who's able to pivot quickly between tasks
- Open-minded quick learner who's able to adapt to rapidly shifting expectations and stakeholder goals
- A "one team" attitude who's not afraid to jump in and tackle a new assignment, no matter how challenging or unfamiliar
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and influencing skills; able to lead within, push back when necessary, and navigate large, highly matrixed organizations
- Leader and a do-er; highly motivated self-starter who learns fast and can deliver with minimal supervision
- Team player that is reliable, flexible, helpful and works well in a collaborative environment
- Client-centric and service-oriented positive attitude
- Ability to operate under pressure, within tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in web-based project management tools
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with SEO best practices
- Experience working on a global scale with international teams
- CMS experience with Sitecore or AEM
- Background in the design agency and/or healthcare industry
