• Supports senior management in identifying, formulating, executing and communicating the respective changes in a business / process project
• Expectation & stakeholder management
• Coaching on c-suite/ business unit/division level
• Overall engagement responsibility
• General 10 or more years of experience in the relevant operational area
• Proven ability to lead complex operational transformations in CRM, Finance, Operations, Talent and/orOrganization with a defined outcome
• Capable of steering and managing major, complex projects/programs or multiple smaller projects

Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to support our team on the implementation of a UI/UX governance for client-facing applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Inspecting current applications designs to identify major discrepancies and proposing key areas for improvement and harmonization.
• Supporting the prioritization of UX enhancements and their implementation.
• Working on the development and maintenance of a unified design system.
• Assisting in the creation and execution of a governance strategy for UX design.

Mandatory skills and experiences:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with design systems and governance strategies.
