Position Summary:

As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will lead and execute technical implementations aligned with best practices and standards. You'll participate in design sessions, contribute to technical documentation, and support development and validation efforts. Your role includes resolving complex issues, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow implementations/integrations

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, IRM, and/or GRC

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules

• Experience with database design schemas and data modelling

• Familiarity with SOAP and REST web services

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Node.js

• Strong requirements gathering and client engagement skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in design and definition sessions

• Assist in creating design documents and technical user stories

• Perform development, functional validation, and production support

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and defects, escalating when needed

• Collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior team members

• Enable clients through custom application development and third-party integrations

• Contribute to a fun and engaging team culture, with access to certifications and career growth opportunities

Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

Salary Range: >$100,000
