Mandatory Qualifications:
-  A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. 
-  Possess a bachelor's degree or 11 Eleven (11) years' experience with the first qualification 
Desirable Qualifications:
-  One (1) or more OutSystems certifications, including, but not limited to Tech Lead (O11), Web Developer Specialist (O11), Expert Developer (O11), Architecture Specialist (O11), or equivalent. 
-  Five (5) or more years of experience as an architect and developer, responsible for architecting and developing web solutions within the OutSystems platform. 
-  Five (5) or more years of experience designing and developing reports and dashboards within the OutSystems platform. 
-  Five (5) or more years of experience architecting and developing web-service API integrations to/from the OutSystems platform. 
-  Three (3) or more years of experience architecting, developing and integrating OutSystems solutions with a third-party identity and access management system/identity provider such as Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity or equivalent. 
-  Three (3) or more years of experience in developing web solutions that comply with accessibility requirements from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 or later, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. 
-  Six (6) or more months of experience developing government audit scheduling and/or management web solutions within the OutSystems platform. 
The compensation for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.
