Position_Description :
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage complex IT projects from start to finish, aligning technology with business goals.
- Act as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, analyzing needs, defining solutions, and driving execution.
- Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A)—supporting due diligence, integration, and seamless technology transitions.
- Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes.
- Use Agile methodologies to manage deliverables, budgets, and timelines while removing roadblocks.
Position Requirements :
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive IT M&A experience (due diligence + integration).
- Proven success managing enterprise-level projects through the full lifecycle.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.
- Task-oriented, detail-focused, and highly organized.
- Excellent communicator—able to influence, collaborate, and present to senior leadership.
- Experience with PM tools like MS Project, Visio, and Excel.
