The Opportunity:
We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our HR systems - primarily UKG Pro, Greenhouse, and ServiceNow. This role will work closely with both HR and IT teams to ensure systems run smoothly, deliver accurate reporting, and support efficient, user-friendly HR processes.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with configuration and reporting, and a collaborative mindset. This role will focus on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our ATS to ensure a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
This is a hybrid role based in our Indianapolis office (WTHR), with an in-office presence expected two days per week.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as system administrator for the ATS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and usability across the platform.
• Configure workflows, requisition templates, approval chains, offer letters, and other system settings to support hiring processes.
• Partner with HR teams to identify system enhancements, implement solutions, and train end-users.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage vendor support cases.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, reporting, and user access reviews.
• Build and deliver reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruiting metrics and trends.
• Support HR technology projects beyond the ATS as needed, including integrations with HRIS, background check vendors, or onboarding systems.
• Explore and implement system functionality to improve processes and increase user adoption.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience administering an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, workflow design, and end-user training.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of HR operations and recruiting practices.
