Job description overview
The Digital Content Manager is responsible for managing digital content creation across websites and other channels to drive effective digital communications. As a member of Aetna Marketing Technology, you'll be part of a broker website scrum team that brings to life digital content and experiences, ensuring quality, consistency, compliance, and efficiency at every step of the delivery process. This role also provides an exciting opportunity to learn how content plays a critical role across broader digital marketing channels and brings awareness to our marketing portfolio.
Your expertise and capabilities will focus on:
- Working with cross-functional Agile delivery teams and product owners to manage high-quality web content
- Participating in business consultation, requirements gathering, quality testing, communication, training plan creation, and the implementation of projects start to finish.
- Managing and collaborating with external contractors and marketing and creative contributors to execute content and graphic design needs.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the organization to plan, produce, and promote content in the digital healthcare space.
- Analyzing data to continuously refine content and improve the digital experience.
- Improving content and web pages for search optimization.
- Adhering to accessibility guidelines.
- Providing brokers and sales teams with the necessary content, tools, and training, to effectively engage prospects, shorten the sales cycle, and win more clients.
- Performing user acceptance testing
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- 2+ years experience with sales enablement platforms like Highspot
- 3-5 years project management experience
- Experience with project tracking software, such as Quickbase, Workfront and JIRA.
- Experience working in Agile Methodology
- Experience with QA testing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Communicates for impact (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and comfortable with change
- Detail oriented with a strong sense of accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and visual editing systems such as Adobe Dreamweaver
- Advanced knowledge of responsive web design (web, mobile, tablet) and accessibility guidelines.
- Advanced knowledge of project tracking software, such as Quickbase, Workfront and JIRA and the ability to build custom experiences.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization or large enterprise and fast paced environment
- Experience in a highly regulated environment
- Experience with AI tools
- Analytical skills
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
Location:
- Hybrid preferred but remote locations and work from home considered.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$72,360.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
