In dieser Rolle fungierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsprozessen und technischer Systemumsetzung. Sie ist zentral für die Konzeption, Implementierung und Optimierung funktionsübergreifender Prozesse unter Nutzung interner Plattformen, Systemintegrationen und Automatisierungstools in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data-Team. Die Position arbeitet eng mit Stakeholdern aus Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, Operations und Systems zusammen, um eine reibungslose Prozessorchestrierung über ERP-, CRM- und weitere operative Systeme hinweg sicherzustellen, während Instagrid global skaliert.

In dieser Rolle verbindest du fachliche Anforderungen mit technischer Umsetzung, indem du Prozesse in skalierbare Systemlösungen übersetzt und funktionsübergreifende Automatisierungsinitiativen vorantreibst.

• Du erfasst und dokumentierst Business-Anforderungen über Abteilungen hinweg.
• Du übersetzt Geschäftsprozesse in Systemspezifikationen (CRM, ERP, Finance etc.).
• Du steuerst Automatisierungsprojekte mit internen Tools, KI-Anwendungen oder iPaaS-Plattformen.
• Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen den Teams Systems, IT und Data.
• Du leitest Tests, Dokumentation und Rollouts systemübergreifender Lösungen.
• Du identifizierst Prozessoptimierungspotenziale zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Datenqualität.
• Du unterstützt Entwicklungsprojekte im First- und Second-Level.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, RevOps Specialist, Systems Developer, or Automation Product Owner
• Strong understanding of, and prior experience working with, Accounting/Finance, Operations, and Sales departments
• Solid knowledge of SaaS ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HRIS)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, or internal platforms
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C++, JavaScript, Python, SuiteScripts, or Apex
• Comfortable working with data mapping, APIs, and process flow diagrams
• English C1 level is required; German is a plus
